The Gig Economy Demands Universal Health Insurance

With 36 percent of U.S. workers already freelancers, and the percentage predicted to be over 50% in ten years, how will half of the working population get health insurance?   

Universal health insurance, transportable to any employer, of course.  Or half of the U.S. workforce could move to Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia or New Zealand, get health insurance and work from there.
