A regular train, even a high speed train, yes--but some others aren't so sure about the hyperloop:

It doesn't look like you would be able to work on this thing, at least as proposed, but then it's also designed to be so fast that it wouldn't matter much. At the same time, would you want to be in a windowless can for 30 minutes?
