Latest 'To Do' List for Faculty

   New this year, senior administrators sensed more faculty willing to plan for change and implement new teaching strategies.  Here’s the top faculty to-do items participants named this year:
1.Get on the same page message-wise with faculty.
2.Train more faculty to teach online.
3.Train faculty on implementing the “flipped classroom.”
4.Talk to faculty about the realities of running a business.
5.Foster faculty accountability with more professional development and ensuring of excellence.
6.Work with faculty to think in terms of tomorrow.

So right: students have already inaugurated the flipped curriculum and now faculty will join in. The changes in the paradigm sure are exciting!
