There's been big train news for 6 out of our top 9 21st Century cities in America this summer.

California high speed train, trains replacing planes on the east coast, and light rail replacing school buses have been about San Francisco, San Diego, Minneapolis, Boston, New York and Washington DC.

Our three big criteria in tracking 21st Century cities:
1.Telework
2.College education
3.Trains and light rail.

Our other top 9 cities are Seattle, Portland and Chicao, all of whom have and are extending their train and light rail systems.
