BBC Global Business Reporter Peter Day, who interviewed us on Nine Shift, sent me this link to a recent New York Times story on the revival of American cities and the future of urbanism.
Thank you Peter! Day lives in a model city, London England. He experiences the difference between American cities and London all the time. One fascinating perspective for me, not a big city person myself, is that there is substantial evidence that city dwellers actually pollute less and that big cities (minus cars of course) are more sustainable and an Answer to living within our natural resources means. What do you think?
Nice. :)
