The reason why became clearer last week at our big LERN annual conference when keynoter Debbie Weill noted that Gen Y wants to create content. This concept: that your customers, participants, learners - - want to create content, is huge. It changes your/my organization from offering content to interacting with our community of participants in harnessing their ability to create content. Wow.
