A very provocative headline. Could Julie expound on her 1st amendment statement? I don't see the connection between 1st amendment protections granted to US citizens and global access to information.

Though some of John Naisbitt’s (Global Paradox, 1994) prognostications missed their points (e.g. the early death of the euro dollar) his underlying observation that smaller is becoming better is on focus. Various and sundry books and articles on human interaction lead one to the same conclusion that the manager/supervisor/leader will evolve as the facilitator. Your “Shift Nine” and Miller’s “Four Communications Eras “ together have a great influence on what to plan for—and desired training emphasis.
